It can be a big step to visit a coach for the first time – and you may wonder what will happen at your initial session. While every coach has their own way of working, I am here to help you focus on your dating journey. Your first session is a chance to feel comfortable and determine whether Your Best Years is the right place for you. It will be all about getting to know you and understanding where you are in your dating journey and your romance objectives, whether it be a serious relationship or something more toward companionship. It will include introductions, contracting, and a chance for you to tell your story. During that session, we will also discuss the different online dating platforms available and help you identify the right one for you.
